Hello US Message Board. My name is Tony, I'm a 23 year old guy, politically conservative, who's an enlisted member of the US Air Force. I'm an Airman First Class on Keesler AFB, MS. I was looking for an active community to discuss and debate politics in and yours was the best I saw. Feel free to ask me any questions that come to mind

Welcome to Thunderdome.

Good call ! You'll actually be somewhat employable after your stint.Do your time and transfer to the coast guard.

Welcome. So what's your AFSC, what're you getting training in? When I was a AMN I was at Keesler back in 1975 and went through the Computer programming class there. When you drive down Highway 90 make sure you keep your eyes on the road and off of all the bikins.

I'm in phase 2 training for Surgical Technologist. 4N131. Good advice Wiseacre but I don't have a car, so it's all good in the passenger seat lol. Keesler is just a short stop on the way of being stationed in Langley AFB (VA) for the next 3 years come August.

So by your title it looks like you we're career, all the way up to Chief? Seriously, wow, I'll be lucky if I make it that far. :)

I lived in Biloxi/Gulfport a few years in HS. I have some family that still lives down in OS. I knew some guys on Keesler waaaay back by default (friends of friends). Also, had a friend in the Coast Guard. He is now a fireman out there. Nice. I am actually planning a visit this summer. Again, welcome.

It's a nice area, I like it for the most part. There isn't much of a night life though. I went out to the hard rock casino a few hours ago, it was cool, but not all that fun in the end. I ended up catching a cab back to base lol.

Thanks for all the welcomes! :D
