How is the movie Green Street Hooligans starring Elijah Wood?? And why is the Film Board here in Dubai trying to cut some scenes ??. I thought it was about Soccer.Is it something like the Football Factory with sex,violence and drugs??

I can't answer for why Dubai would be censoring anything, but the movie is about a Football gang that goes around beating the living shit out of other Football gang. But it's a kick-ass movie!
