Los Angeles Jail System blamed for murder
PHOENIX - We are learning more about the suspect who shot and killed a Buckeye police officer.
Reports now show he was in Arizona on a temporary visitor's visa and should have been sent back to Mexico after being released from a California jail.
The Arizona Police Association and Sheriff Joe Arpaio are pointing the finger at the Los Angeles county jail system.
