Maybe if it was your job you wouldn't feel the same.

Why would I feel any different? You can't overprice a job and expect it to remain employed with it forever. If others are going to do the same work at a lower price, you can't keep the employer from going to them simply because you want more money.

If you want more money, do something that will earn you more money. I don't see why people in another country who would benefit from doing the work you do should suffer just because you say so.
