Breakfast at Tiffany's. Best Chick Flick ever, often imitated, never duplicated.
Y'all miss out on the greatest movies when you ignore the golden age of the silver screen.
Father Goose.
Thats as close as to a chick flick that I will admit to enjoying.
The Taming of the Shrew for the WW2 generation.
My favorite is "The Quiet Man" Starring John Wayne and Maureen O'Hars
[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0x-fkSYDtUY]YouTube - Snap out of it Moonstruck[/ame]I don't think I could say it's the greatest chick flick of all time, but it's one of my favorites.
Moonstruck ( 1987 )
A lot of chick flicks are tearjerkers. Madam X does that to me. So does City of Angels.
City of Angels is on my list too, Pay it Forward is another great tearjerker. It gets me every time.
But Sleepless in Seattle is probably my favorite "chick flick". Good music, too.
i hated the ending to Pay It Forward
I can't imagine a grown man who hasn't seen Fried Green Tomatoes, RetiredGySgt.
