You will find NUMEROUS examples of Doctors, nurses and other care givers that simply are incompetent or don't give a rats ass because until they kill someone they are in no jeapardy of being disciplined or fired. You will discover the non medical bosses that run the facilities are simply not concerned with the care at all.
