Here is the Chairman's Mark from Ryan's bill: http://budget.house.gov/UploadedFiles/chairmans_mark_FY013.pdf
Look for yourself.
ETA: Here is Obama's budget for the same period: http://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/omb/budget/fy2013/assets/32_1.xls

Watched all 9 hours of it. You?
That document is from last year by the way. This budget will be for FY014.
Paul Ryan has put a balanced budget on the table, and now he will stand behind it and take questions and punches and kicks to the groin.
Finally, a Republican with some balls.
An annual rite of spring...
An unattainable Paul Ryan budget........can baseball be far behind?

Yep. That was from last August.

Why don't y'all lefties worry about the state of the Union rather than every freaking speech republicans make. What would you do without Media Matters?
A quick glance at Paul Ryan's budget, and it appears it still runs us up to a $20 trillion debt by 2020, though he was careful not to put it in black and white.
However, it can be gleaned by looking at the "Debt Held by Public" figure in Summary Table 1.
His budget balances in 2023.

I challenge anyone to identify a single actual cut in Ryan's budget.
Any "cuts" you hear about are comparisons to other budgets. Just because Ryan would spend less on free puppies from the government does not mean he is cutting spending on them. It means he is not increasing spending as much as others would.
The only real "cut" is the elimination of ObamaCare, and that would actually save a lot of money. Especially the states.
Ryan's budget runs in the red until 2023.

But the RYAN budget depends on those medicare cuts in Obama care he campaigned against and then he says he will repeal it.
EVEN Fox said that aint going to happen.
its nothing but poltical bluster he KNOWS will never be voted on
