Y'all really have to try Mr.P's center cut-extra thick- pork chop receipe..Damn good eating even after a six pack...lol Hope y'all had a great holiday... mine was really great...town was really full of tourist,locals all had a great time...our little town put on a great fireworks show...free to all including a great Country Western band for those who like to shake their booty!
