Empiricism is an implicit ideology that presumes shared acknowledged goals and I kind of doubt that the two of you share the same goals.I lost a lot of respect for you.
empiricism > ideology
Empiricism is not ideology. Empiricism depends on testable hypotheses to test whether or not an idea is correct. It is the antithesis of ideology.
