Yes, and also colleges and universities who just want the money as well; they need more and more seat warmers, and aren't into education any more, just embezzling from the Feds and state govts. As for the 'students' taking out the max loans they qualify for, and taking 7 years to get a four year degree, they should still be held liable, and so should the colleges and unis who perpetuate the scams be forced to pay back a lot of it, since they benefited more than any other swindler running the scam.

Nope - never said it was. But it's a good indicator. Fact is blacks have NEVER won a science nobel unless you count one in economics (science?) decades ago. And women haven't won a physics nobel in 50 years.
