Gov Crist requested several FL counties be declared disaster areas to get federal funds.

Disasters are pretty normal in FL.

I think they are trying to go after FED loans from a farm bill... not that I agree with the FED loaning monies in these cases, just as I don't agree with entitlements for citizen or business
