Is here too pretty much. They roll up the side walks in this little one horse town around ten o'clock, and if you're out driving around, it's just an invitation for johnny law to follow you, because you're probably going to be one of a very few vehicles on the road, and they know from experience it's usually going to be a drunk, or someone up to no good.
