Got four 1935 House, and Senate Congressional books. Need info on them.

Hi. I just recently acquired four books that appear to be from the white house or something. They're Senate, and House Bill Books from 1935. They say that only 500 copies were made on them. I've added pics. Anyone know what they are? Thanks.
