Problem is, under American Law, we can never bring these guys to trial. Any evidence against them has been tainted by illegal interrogation techniques. We also can't let them go, which is what would happen if this were a civilian criminal case.

There's a reason why Bush, Obama and Trump never brought these guys to trial.

Because every last bit of evidence against them is inadmissible because it was attained through torture.

I know you are incapable of logic and reason... but there's a reason why we let most of these guys go before Biden ever got there.

If they are criminals, then we have to let them go because of violations of their civil rights in torturing them.

If they are prisoners of war, then we have to let them go when hostilities are over.
