GOP Rep Introduced an Education Reform Bill

H.R. 4508 is designed to allow more enrollment in community colleges and trade schools. US Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-NC) couldn’t afford college so she worked hard and attended a junior college. From there, she managed to earn a masters and doctorate.

Of course, some Dims oppose it.

"Unfortunately, the bill cannot be considered bipartisan because it chooses clear winners and losers. Under this bill, corporate interests are put first and students are put last," said US Rep. Bobby Scott (D-VA).
