There are no such thing as conservatives in the Republican Party. It has been taken over by the alt-right. A member of the alt-right heads the GOP ticket in Virginia. The Republicans have shown they are violent as evidenced by Trump's praising a GOP congressman for physically assaulting a reporter. Abusing their majorities to prevent minorities from voting. It is race baiting to you because it displays the racism that has taken over the Republican Party.
