Well, on the one hand, it's hard to deny that the impact of the Republicans' latest bout of insensitive, misogynistic, troglodytic, through-the-foot gunfire has not particularly hurt their standing with the female voters.

On the other hand, it's also hard to deny that their standing with the female voter was so dismally bad to begin with that there wasn't much room for further damage to be done.

I'm not sure if that's good news or bad, from a GOP point of view.
