Colbert of the Report seems to be taking on the Party of Abraham Lincoln best. "Raising the debt limit is so 2002, 2003, 2004. . . .and twice in 2008!"

Stephen Colbert on the GOP's Weird Hypocrisy: "Give Me Liberty and I Don't Want Liberty" | AlterNet

So over and again, even now the GOP claims that Obama has "Failed America," or "What Recovery," or "What Tax Cuts & Credits," or, "The people need to know that their President is Not A Crook(?)!"

The South has long noted interruptions to their way of life, most recently of losing 700,000 jobs per month.

The Obama Liberals turnaround is a creation of nearly 1 mil. jobs per month. The losses were exceeding 700,000 per month. The gains even now exceed 200,000 per month.

So what should anyone expect to hear from the Party of Abraham Lincoln--which took things away and offered nothing in replacement? "Lose 700,000 jobs today! Lose 700,000 jobs tomorrow! Lose 700,000 jobs per month forever!"

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(Many Squaws now know for certain: That even seven comes before eleven!)

They offered plenty. There's the massive redistribution of wealth from the middle class to the top 1%.
Death panels.
End Medicare.
End unemployment benefits.
More subsidies to oil companies.

Then there's that whole "social agenda".

Yep, the GOP is definitely "on a roll".

Republicans think American is the "goose that laid the golden egg" and they won't be satisfied until that goose is squeezed dry.

How many times has the debt ceiling been raised? You're being intellectually dishonest, and partisan BS is your strong suit...

Debt ceiling FAQs: What you need to know

Since March 1962? The Debt Ceiling has been raised 72 times...

FIRST son? You have to admit that history didn't start the day you were born. Go from there...

demonRats don't give a shit about debt. you should know that by now.

And nevermind that it cannot be done any longer without appropriate CUTS dollar for dollar. No more kicking the proverbial can down the road no matter how many times it has been raised. Responsibility has to be reckoned with...otherwise Generational theft will be the strong suit of any politician that cannot agree to tackle this.

everyone with a brain that functions knows they will never actually allow the US to default.

I just love libturd madeup statistics. If you're going to invent statistics, why not shoot for the moon? I could say that The Bush economy created 10 million jobs each month, but lost 9.5 million.

There isn't a shred of evidence for these fictitious jobs that Obama supposedly "created" or "saved."

I do...but so many feel threatened either by keeping their power over others, or remaining as sucklings on the government teat...

Enough is enough. We either show that WE are going to deal with this mounting debt or gladly accept the credit rating of the United States Downgraded for the forseeable future...

Gives new meaning to 'Full Faith and Credit' of the US Government, doesn't it? ;)

everyone with a brain that functions knows they will never actually allow the US to default.

In other words, the Obama administration is spewing a torrent of lies and propaganda to scare the voters into opposing any cuts in his opulent spending.

No just downgrade us so credit is harder to get...

Even George Wallace really wasn't this stupid. Unlike Abe Lincoln, he could even make sure that the bullet didn't kill him.

So now standing in the doorways. of the federal House of Representatives is this, and not even by Hank Cochran who wrote it:

"Make the World, Go Away!"
"And get it off my Shoulders."
"Say the things you used to say'
"And make the world go away!"

Boehner means for businesses to have no more spending. Business to Boehner is not about businesses, spending at all, or having spending customers, in the stores.

The Party of Abraham Lincoln, only takes life away, and offers nothing in replacement.

There it goes again. There goes the Ayn Rand--Milton Friedman--Alan Greenspan concept again.

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(Now White Eyes in Oval Office(?)--Not Cry so hard since the freeing of the slaves! NAACP seems to know this! Hawaya maybe not have have the problem--not from here(?)!)

What does this mean?

Like All people of the Party of Abraham Lincoln--which takes lives away and offers nothing of replacement value in return--LordBrownTrout poster fails to understand that the Boehner-Cantor-McConnell objective, Ron Paul-Rand Paul objective, is to drive spending customers out of local economy stores. Fewer orders will be placed with larger companies, many of whom now do production overseas at any rate. The GOP will be using arithmetic, which is intended: And is an intentional act, and acts.

Any business intending expansion, seeks a credit limit raise. Business knows about rough patches. Ivy League educated professionals and economists do not understand about rough patches.

The current U. S. economy is not expanding red-hotly, especially in the building trades. The building trades are among the skill level labor required to further expand. Even if recovery now becomes robust, the shortage of skilled labor will drive up costs in the future. That will require even greater expansion of business and government credit limits.

Boehner-Cantor-McConnell-Romney-Palin-Paul-Paul and the Berserkers want to go the other way. What they now intend is a business contraction. That is the arithmetic, and arithmetic is intended, and is intentional.

The CNBC anti-business bunch is going along. The CNN anti-business bunch is going along. The ABC, Fox and CBS anti-business bunch is all going along. The famous bridge nowhere, is going all along to nowhere(?)!

None of the above are thinking ahead, in the manner of being bad for future business. Like Boehner-Cantor-McConnell-Romney-Paul-Paul--and probably a Nixon or two: The clear intent is anti-future business, by curtailing even skill-levels of labor now.

Now doubt the Global Economy is on board the GOP Boehner-Cantor-McConnell-Romney-Paul-Paul bridge to nowhere: Creating overseas the skilled labor levels needed in the mega-business offices, factories, and distribution/transportation centers.

Boehner-Cantor-McConnell-Romney-Paul-Paul et. al.: Do not want them here.

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(GOP see Green Shoots of recovery: And try to mow them down, before they block their views(?)!)

The nation gained 54,000 jobs in May, the lowest number in eight months, while the unemployment rate rose to 9.1 percent, the U.S. Department of Labor said Friday.
