An entitlement is paying for someone having HIV. Social Security/medicare has been paid by people paying their whole lives into. Social Security and Medicare would have been FINE had Presidents not kept dipping into it for other things.
You want to talk about money? How about not sending billions to other countries like Israel that has enough money to take care of itself? How about cutting back some military spending? The U.S. spends more PER YEAR than the next SEVEN countries COMBINED.
