Bush left the presidency with the lowest approval rating of any president except Richard Nixon, according to a new New York Times/CBS poll, which put Bush's final rating at 22 percent.

Until someone in here with some computer background can confirm for me that developing the proper algorythm is as easy as snapping your fingers. I'll still believe that it had more to do with trying to get it right the first time than any real bias.
