Federal Judge Bans Challengers From Ohio Polls
US District Judge Susan Dlott issued an order Monday morning barring political party challengers from polling places throughout Ohio during Tuesday's election.
Dlott said she found that the state law allowing the challengers is unconstitutional because challengers questioning voters about their eligibility would impede the voting process.
Dlott also issued a temporary order stopping hearings at county election boards last week of Republican challenges to new voter registrations.

No jackboot brown shirts guarding the gates of free Democracy.

This is another reason why you need to pay attention to who you elect and appoint for Judges or Supream Court.

Knight why do you even call yourself moderate? Your a down right communist. What does a Judge impeding a constitutional act of confirming registration lists that are meant to prevent voter fraud (i.e. false, dead, multiple, illegal names) from being purged from the records have the slightest bit to do with Democracy?

Yet these same judges will prevent absentee ballots from overseas from being counted at all costs do to high republican turn out in soldiers.

This is damn sure why we need to pay attention to who appoints judges.

Yall attack quickly.....He was simply implying that voting should be just that. Not some here say decided in the courts. Putting the candidates in the courts is taking it out of the peoples hands. You must be lawyers. :happy2:
