Good news out of AZ

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio is reporting the seizure of 9 tons of marijuana, 1.5 million dollars in cocaine, meth and heroin this year alone. He also reported seizing 1.5 million dollars in cash and multiple arestes of illegal alien drug traffickers. The money will used to combat more illegal alien crimes. He is best known for his business raids and mass rounds ups of illegals. AZ residents pray that he decides to run for governor based on his veiws on illegal immigration which would make AZ the most hated state in the country that would upset AZ residents NOT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!! My bid is Joe Arpaio for president, shit would change then.

If there are 25,000,000 people who smoke a joint a day on average and the average joint is .5 grams?


12,500,000 grams/28.35 grams per ounce = 440,917 oz

440,917oz/16 oz per pound = 27,557 pounds =13.77 TONS

So that bust amounted to about a half day's national demand.

Sounds pretty substantial.

Of course if we are to believe the DEA, they intercept about 10% of all the drugs coming into this nation, so I expect that there will still be enough dope to keep us supplied.
