I saw Moneyball some months ago in the theater, watching it again this morning on bluray.

Great movie. Any you saw in 2011 you can recommend?

2011 was a horrible year for movies.

A steaming pile of crap.

You might be able to find a few kernels of corn, like Moneyball.

You're right, there isn't much there. I liked Bridesmaids and I saw a lot of those but they turned out to be hours I will never get back.

I never go to the theater.....

I DL movies and my Mom and Dad have a projector at their house which I can use whenever I want. It's a good 8x15 feet.

I couldn’t agree more... 2011 flat-out sucked for the movie-going public...

I didn’t see very many of the studios’ offerings... but, then again, there wasn’t much to draw me to the theater...

MY TAKE ON THE 2011 CROP OF MOVIES

Very Entertaining, Satisfying and Memorable:
(none)

Fairly Entertaining and Somewhat Memorable:
Source Code

Mildly Entertaining but, In The End, Mostly Forgettable:

Puss in Boots

Boring, Tedious, Disappointing... and Definitely Forgettable:
Red Riding Hood
Super 8
Captain America: The First Avenger
War Horse

2011 Movies I Haven't Seen That I Think I Might Enjoy... But You Never Know...:
The Adjustment Bureau
Cowboys and Aliens
The Help
Drive
Moneyball
Hugo
The Artist
Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy
Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol
