Douche Bag Quinn always speaks about the raising income tax in a bad economy as necessary to pay for shit! Yet douche bag Quinn does take about the NECESSITY to cut spending! Douche Bag Quinn needs to realize 60% of our tax dollars going to pensions plans is HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Start doing line item cuts in government officials, agencies etc. You can probably cut 80% of the IL government agencies and not see ANY changes in service!

Yet douche bag Quinn talks about needing to raise income taxes to pay for education! As if that money will (1) go to education or (2) Not be wasted long before then!

This is only the first of it: Next will come the raise in corporate tax! See United Airlines and McDonald's! Both will be gone along with others!

1% will soon turn into his previously stated desire to raise it 3-4% (making us second high to communist California)!

Income Tax - Increase to the highest in the country next to CA and NY!
Sales Tax - Remain Highest in the Country
Corporate Tax - Increased to 2nd highest in the country (Quinn promised IL corps will do their share.
Gas Tax - Will remain second highest in the country!
Property Taxes - Will increase from Top 10 to the Top 5 highest in the Country
Energy Tax - Remain one of highest in country
Tabacco Tax - Remain one of the highest in country

Second, they will raise the income tax by 1%!

Third, they will raise the high corporate tax of 7.7% to over 10%! Driving businesses away.

Lastly, when revenues start decrease from the exodus cause by the previous bull shit, Quinn will finally get his 8% state income tax that he wanted and Chicago will start to go the way of Detroit.
