There's a lot of truth to this. A newspaper in Seatle did a story on California and how they spend 55 million dollars a year for dialysis for 1250 illegal aliens and yet a native born hispanic kid could not get health care and was dying.

Again..government failed in California as a result of two things.

2. Increase..not reduction in services. Revenue has to stay in line with expenditure.

Means more prisons, more guards and a wealth of services to keep prisoners alive. That comes with "getting tough" on crime. Add in a "War on Drugs" and you have the prescription for a mess.

and whom....is it that keeps the non-violent offenders in prison?.....those 3 strike laws were intended for the violent offenders AND violent crimes NOT the non-violent.....once again....the Govt can not get anything right.....a 2 strike guy shoplifts a pack of cigarettes....and the judge gives him his 3rd strike...there is such a thing as getting tough on crime .....and there is also such a thing as going overboard ....which this States Caretakers have done quite a few times.....and have not done a dam thing to correct their overindulgence's....BECAUSE they would have to stop spending.....which is one of the worst things you can say to those asswipes in Sacramento....

Conservatives want to gut the EPA and food safety.

So.

What we are going to be left with is a group of elderly rich folk with no real world skills other then sloshing money from one pocket to another. And a polluted country with unsafe food and water.
