Just got back. I got a chance to thank him for his "Dear Colleague" he wrote about Head Start. He asked me about my experience and I told him not just what it did for my daughter but for our family as well. I informed him that even though I'm a Republican they welcomed me in with open arms. I invited him to visit one of our centers. I will follow up with him on that with an email in the morning and again after the election.
