My state recently passed a law that you can't have your car running while you are not in it.

Well, it is one of the coldest states in the Union, and EVERYBODY warms their car up in their drive in the winter. Everyone knows it is a power grab by the state to make more revenue, so we all just ignore that law. It is just a matter of time before it goes to the State Supreme Court.
