God's will...?

There is no personal will of God for believers - from scripture we only find his moral will (to live holy) and his soverign will.. And as long as you abide within the guard-rails of those you can do whatever you want and he'll bless it.

So is equating ALL non-Christians to vile Hellfire fodder; who these self-delusional, devil-dodging dupes believe deserve to be burnt to death, then resuscitated, and so on, for forever and a day!

Again, you commit the fallacy of guilt by association.

I also said,

Who would Jesus torture? - tens of billions of poor bastards incapable of comprehending the cockamamie crap that he got his fruitcake biographers to write in the Bible!

So you do believe in Christian dogma. The children are guilty of the sins of their fathers? Not so much.

People who point to the Bible lack understanding, but not for the reasons you suggest. They lack it because they dont understand the teachings in the Bible. The Bible doesnt teach to rely on it as the sole absolute Word of God. Quite otherwise, it tells us that Man must live off every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.

That does raise the question how you know. If they understood the Bible, they wouldn't be pointing to the Bible because while the Bible is useful to gain knowledge, one first has to know that the Bible is true before one can accept the truths found within.

But assuming the Bible is true, the Lord has clearly provided a way for man to know His will. "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God who giveth to all men liberally and upbraideth not, and it shall be given unto him. But ask in faith nothing waivering."

Christ promised His disciples the Holy Spirit which would teach them the truth of all things. He also taught them that they could know that the doctrines He taught was from God by living it. Basically an experiment on His word.

Its through the Spirit that Ive learned God's will on numerous matters and I assume I will learn more in the future the same way. Even Peter the Chief Apostle learned the truth because of Revelation from God.

Your logic is circular and collapses upon itself. It relies on the ineffable to prove the unprovable.

So there you have it, you intrinsically evil Beelzebuddhist bastard; the detailed directions for becoming infallible - a God. :cuckoo:

First assume the Hebrew’s Barbill is true. From thereon in, listen only to your own innate rabid right-wing ruminations and some of the related ravings of your fellow sufferers - if they suit you.

Then, not only can you completely comprehend the contradictory Jewish gibberish in Jesus’ Barbill, you can totally disregard entire sections of it; claim they are meant to be interpreted allegorically, or need to be “taken in (your) context,” if they dare clash with your divine interpretation!

The First Step to giving yourself an instant Godhood is “assuming the Bible is true” i.e. your concurrence with its authoritarian outlook on everything is right, and those who disagree with you, even your own family, are “evil” and deserve to the tortured for eternity. This is as easy as Judas denying Christ for narcissist’s intent on saving their eternal necks.

And that’s it! Instant Godhood! No more Steps need to be taken. Just add your intrinsic superciliousness to the Barbill and stir! From thence ye shall come to judge the living and the dead. :eusa_drool:

Now what’s so hard about that? So stop being a dirty Slope-loving Buddhist terrorist, Bullypit, and get with the Proddie programme! ;)
