Well, I did my part. I stopped giving to the Salvation Army, since they will not give shelter to gays and their partners, and switched to the Humane society!

I have met very few dogs and cats that I did not like!

I need to go to the thrift store tomorrow and get a bunch of blankets for the pound. I did that last year...oodles of blankets I cut to make smaller so they would fit in the pounds washing machines...and be easier to clean but also fit the kennels. I also added a couple of boxes of doggie biscuits and kitty treats. I need to get this done by Monday if possible.
