Its no surprise you guys won.Ned yost is the clone of whitey herzog.the royals in the 70's won division titles despite whitey herzog not because of him.I always said back then if they would just get rid of herzog,they would beat the yankees in the playoffs.he always cost them from going to the world series every year.the proof is in the pudding that was all it took,once they got rid of him and got a new manager,they beat the yankees and finally made it to thier first world series.
some things never change,had that idiot ned yost put butler in to pinch hit for vargas who flied out and could not get another out after that anyways,the royals would have really piled on the runs and the giants would not have come back to take game five but thanks to yost,the giants won that game and the world series.you can thank yost for him screwing things up for the royals.someone called it on another thread,that yosts blundering managing would cost the royals and he nailed it.he sure did.
