The alternative warhead program for GMLRS replaces the previous submunitions payload with a warhead that has a greater effect without the cluster munition dud round issues. It uses a 200 pound warhead with airburst at 30 feet, scattering over 180,000 perforated tungsten projectiles over a wide area to take out soft to medium targets including lightly armored vehicles.

Very effective as counter-battery, DEAD, and against personnel/vehicles/herds of hoofed animals.

From rockets that are anti-personnel anti-material without submunitions to bombs... BLU-134B is a 500lb class weapon that appears poised to replace the CBU-97/105 cluster munition weapons that have become such a political hot potato. Basically a Mk82 designed to airburst and favor fragmentation spread over penetrating power:

MK 82 Model 7 / BLU-134/B Improved Lethality Warhead (ILW)
This means that the bomb’s body has been scored at regular intervals along its length and width so that it will readily break apart into fragments of uniform size. The effect of pre-fragmentation on the overall effectiveness of the Mk 82 is significant. A standard Mk 82 bomb body produces a lethal area of approximately 80 m (across) by 30 m (along), giving a lethal area of approximately 2,400 m2. The pre-fragmented version, known as the PFB-82, produces a similarly-shaped, but much larger lethal area of 240 m (across) by 80 m (along) high, giving a lethal area of 19,200 m2. The body of the Model 7 is made of cast ductile iron, as opposed to the standard steel body. The cast ductile iron body is designed to give a wider spread of fragmentation than a steel body. It is fitted with a proximity fuze, so that it detonates above the target, rather than on impact. This airburst effect, like the ductile iron casing, is designed to maximise the spread of lethal fragments.

DoD is also planning a 2,000lb version of same concept:
U.S. Air Force to produce next-generation 2,000-lb. fragmentation bomb
According to the current information, the BLU-136/B is a 2,000 lb.-class bomb designed to rain down metal fragments on enemy forces as a replacement for cluster munitions, without leaving behind unexploded ordnance. This weapon is four-times the size of the BLU-134/B Improved Lethality Warhead, which is now being put into production
