No, he was given the information they had at the time, no bodily wounded, not KIA's. Concussion protocols is something that is probably new to the casualty reporting system and doesn't fall into the neat killed or wounded metric usually considered a "casualty"

Also, does the person count as wounded if they enter the Concussion Protocol, or when a determination of a concussion is made?

Harley, I'm no doctor, but I think any precautionary "protocols" in an explosion area for possible concussion would be over by now. At least when I've been told to watch for concussion symptoms, it is over the course of the next day or two. The attack was nine days ago.

Did it ever occur to you that President Trump was told by his military staff that reports said there were no injuries? Rest assured, if no injuries are reported on the ground, that's the information military staffs have also.

You're requiring recruits to have a medical doctor's education, and that is unfair, because they do not.
