But instead of taking responsibility all we hear on this site is how Obama caved to the GOP, the GOP blocked all the Democratic legislation, etc etc. Obama himself blames the weather, ATMs, Arab Spring, the depth of the recession and damn near everything else except the shitty economic policies he had passed and signed.
It is nonsense.

Here's a new plan. Give Pelosi/Obama/Reid EVERYTHING they want. Tax the literal crap out the rich. Destroy Soc Sec by making it unrecognizable as FDR's program. Go ahead and penalize corporations and businesses with the biggest govt clubs you can grab. Please PASS an onerous energy policy that saps more of our economy.. Defend that nebulous health care monstrosity that nobody can figure out. Stimulate the economy into a gigantic orgasmic orgy of success.

They've got a year and half left. WHY OPPOSE the agenda? If WE (including me) believe that their policies would be a disaster -- let it play out. That's the scientific method. Give the American people a demonstration of the results. After all -- they DID have a mandate to govern.. And the American people legally mandated that choice.

You KNOW what the result would be. Complete and utter destruction of Progressive/Socialist agenda in the United States for decades -- maybe ever.

You would probably find out that the DEM party itself would put the brakes on. Like they did on the wars and Gitmo and any number of different fakey hissy-fits that have been thrown. It would end the postering and see if they REALLY TRUELY believe in what they constantly whine about.

About 18 months of hell til a change can occur.. But man -- it's a century of progress for this nation if you did it....

That's the nature of a 2 party system -- if one party self-destructs -- the other party isn't required to do a thing to capture the flag...

Here's the staging of how you "PASS HIS BILL!!"...

The Senate is easy.. The Dems have the majority. But not a supermajority. All the REPS could vote against it and it would pass IF -- the REPS surprise DEM leadership by NOT threatening filibuster. In fact, release a couple REPS to vote with the DEMS just to impress those "bipartisian consensus" voters. IN FACT -- almost as good would be if the DEMS balked at voting for "HIS BILL". That would be almost as valuable to your success and entertainment wouldn't it? (Reid already is nervous about the details).

In the House, you're gonna have to put on a show.. Allow all your REPS to vote against it in a proceedural rule -- and then throw it to a vote anyway. Those REPS in "swing districts" are released to vote for it (with the plausible deniability of having voting against it previously -- worked for John Kerrey)

OR add to it a favorable REP position that makes voting "for" it explainable.

Voila -- YOU PASSED HIS BILL.. Now just sit back for 18 months and watch the economy dive and your polls soar.. Get with the program. Time you realized how to CRUSH your opposition by "working with them"..
