The House Republicans have wavered on the Senate Bi-Partisan agreement to extend the Payroll Tax Holiday two months. Lame-Cajones, Speaker Boehner: Seems to think that a temporary holiday is just like a twenty year, IRS code adjustment. Next, maybe they will shut down the government, sometime soon(?). Their Speakers are like that.
Soon enough, millions will think that they already have shut the whole thing down, and notice that the fortunes of Newt seem to mirror those of John--of the. . . , mass army ditch.
Which brings everyone to Newt(?)! Famous Harvard Economics professor, John Kenneth Galbraith: Used to explain the ripple effects of public policy changes. History Professor Gingrich has tied himself to the sinking rock that caused it all, in the pond, in the first place.
PPP Poll: Iowa Slipping Away From Newt, Paul In Lead | TPM2012
There is clearly more to the Ivy League than meets the eye(?).
Probably it is quicksand, aka, the Republican Presidential Primary Debates! FCC Chairman, Newt Minnow--years ago: Referred to it mostly as a "Vast Wasteland." The Republicans have finally been able to make matters even worse, again: And right there on TV!
Mostly, the Democrats can now go home to campaign on a platform to "Clean Up All This Mess on The Networks," All that mess on TV!
"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(It would further seem appropriate to bring up the subject of Al Gore, here: If only there cigar stores around anymore!)
