(NewsCore) - WASHINGTON -- Newt Gingrich's presidential campaign acknowledged Wednesday that he had a second line of credit at Tiffany's that went as high as $1 million.

The former House Speaker's spending at the high-end jewelry store had already come under scrutiny after it emerged last month he carried a line of credit ranging between $250,000 and $500,000 during 2005 and 2006.

But The Washington Post on Wednesday reported that the Republican contender had a second line of credit for as much as $1 million.
