Okay, I did it. I took pics in a cemetery about 8 pm EST tonight.
No rain or snow. So, what the heck is this?
From what I’ve read its dust, but I only moved about 200 ft. (first pick to last), why or how could dust be limited to such a small area? The background is composed of trees, pollen? It’s a bit early for that.

I’ve taken pics at night at home and never seen anything like this, so what do we think “Ghost Busters”?

A few “ODD” Notes:

I just snapped with no attention to how many pics I took. Turned out to be 13...Really.

I moved the pics to a different folder after download and they were all deleted. I found them in the trash can and restored them.

PS…the pics seem to be a bit less detailed on the link, I’ll post any you want to see by itself, just let me know.

i hate to burst your bubble, but i get those on my digital camera too, though only once in a while, and it seems to happen if there is even a hint of mist or precipitation in the air. I got lots of them when I took pictures of the Treasure Island outdoor performance in Vegas. Pissed me off, because it took forever to photo-edit the shots I liked enough to print.

No bubble to burst, sorry.

Are there any fields or anything with the same sort of landscape as the cemetary? If so, go there and do the same thing, if the pics turn out the same, then it is something else or your town is very haunted. If there is nothing like that, then, well... you decide....

It's called dust and small insects. They relfect the light and make what appear to be hovering dots...

You should see them in video sometimes it looks like they are moving purposefully.

However, not every orb has a physical explanation. It is interesting that they appear more readily on digital cameras than on regular cameras.

THose are orbs. Spirits. For real.
Maybe..There are no insects out in mass this time of year, and as far as dust, it could be, but why consentrated in such a small area?

I may try this again tonight.

How many people were walking around? There are many reasons for dust.

I think the best way to test your theory is take the same people to a field that has much of the same characteristics. Walk around and take pictures. See how many orbs are taken.

Anybody here ever watch Ghost Hunters on the Sci Fi channel? It's pretty fricking cool.

Hell no! Just held the camera out. :D

How long after your arrival did you take the pitcures? The automobile will keep up an amazing amount of dust. You need to get away and stay still for a long time to allow such to settle.

A year ago, when we did our class trip, (every two years), we went to Boston. We spent a lot of time in cemetaries and did a 'ghost tour'. It was cool, the now 8th graders still rave about it.

There are really old, creepy cemeteries on practically every block 'round these parts, but all of my friends look at me like I'm a freak when I say we should go to one at night.

The one thing I really wanna see is the Jacksonboro Lights. A few of my friends tried to find it one time, but having just a general idea of where it is, and the only person who knows where it is having drank himself unconscious around 4:30 PM (this was Spring Break), we were unsuccessful.

As if. Maybe he can draw some chalk pentagrams or something while he's waiting for the dust to settle.

And don't forget the garlic and holy water, P. Ya never know, eh?
