The Obama Administration is now so tough(?): Millions don't say so! They seem to have some money after all, with a change in direction from mis-managed priorities at last.

Government unveils new mortgage help - Real estate- msnbc.com

Just as homebuilder sentiment descends to near-gay, depressed levels--what with people buying houses with the first-time buyer's credit, and that to be extended: Then at least there is even money for apartment rehab and repair, even with new housing assistance for the state and local governments.

Next year, the refundable tax credits kick in, and the stimulus money actually intended for "Stimulation(?)," or however that is said: Starts to kick-in as well! Surely the millions of spirits will be lifted!

Venice, CA, "Rest Stop Of Our Nation," understands the problem. With over 250 visiting permanent camper vehicles on the streets, and with car-ports filled with Derelicts For Peace--with no aspirations whatsoever--then the new program is finally, at last, getting at least down to basics.

Liberal neighborhoods actually know about priorities, in our nation. We probably had more bums after Reagan-Bush Trajectory I, than there are now, in fact. The 40,000 bangers every late Sunday afternoon, three years running: Have yet to return! Reagan Trajectory III has really yet to be noticeable, given all the success(?) of Reagan Trajectory II. The real Trajectory I finally met with liberal, police resistance, in a four-weekend series of sweeps.

Now if the "resting" can even regain the concept of elementary public sanitation, then possibly even the Welfare Workers, who seem to keep them there: Can find productive work--even in America!

(For surely on our good planet, there are resources in abundance, called the "Falling Currency," of the United States! It is now even becoming sufficiently inexpensive for the masses(?)--or the billions, even in the other churches, or somethings(?)!)

I favor putting thousands to work in the Inner Cities as ORCS.

Outside Refuse Control Specialists. The ORCS will be given a flat shovel and a push broom and a fifty gallon drum on whees. All they have to do is keep their assigned territory of ten square blocks clean of paper, gum and scum. Once totally cleaned for the day the ORCS will be allowed to go home after six hours, but will be paid for seven at 9 dollars an hour.

After Reagan Trajectory I, after the soaring unemployment of Bush I, Term one, which 86'd so many into the concept of Bush 41: The case-workers tried counseling and hair-cuts, and instructions in bathing to solve the problem. That was in Los Angeles.

Finally, one memorable MLK, Jr. Birthday, eve: A monster storm emerged out ot the Santa Monica Bay, and washed at least the Venice Beach campers off the sand. Cleansing was even provided or the alleys and beach streets. LAPD was publically impressed.

There could be any urban CCC of any type, instead. We have Bitter Clingers on our planet, now: Awash with their USD currency, and guns: Who need aspirations, if not the last helicopter, and not the last helicopter, out of Saigon. That was Nixon's time. Kissinger got his aspirational Nobel.

I had an FHA bid on my home the beginning of August. Her 'earnest money?' $1000. Her approval amount? $160k. Over $20k short. Since I accepted her bid, I couldn't fight the financing, until the date for her gaining 'acceptance' for the full amount lapsed, 90 days. Over the course of a month, she tried to claim I 'had to reduce the price' by $3k for door knobs and a broken basement window. My lawyer responded, 'f the knobs and we'll fix the window. Price stands.' She didn't respond for 3 days, given a notice, 'respond in 24 hours or deal is off.' She never did.

Saved the taxpayers oddles. On the other hand, screwed me out of the month of August. Finally decided to refinance.

Her downpayment was going to be the Obamabucks stimulus. How's that working out ya think?

Sounds like a buyer's market? You'd almost think that there was a lot of cheap housing around, right now--created in just the 8 few years before this one.

It was created by bags of (it) who still turn out to be too greedy?
