No, try the dictionary. Lassez faire Capitalism is Capitalism with the lid off. NO government regulations. Imagine how the Dow Jones would fare since the regulatory enforcement after the Great Depression. Remember 2008? Where would the financial institutions be without the bailout given by the Bush administration. Imagine Capitalism with no government involvement.

Now, imagine no government controls on the quality of industri's products. Unsafe consumer goods, no pollution mandates, unfettered development that would swallow up the most pristine, yet mineral rich, spots in our nation.

That is lassez faire.

I would advise you to bone up on Economics. Maybe a freshman level class at a community college. Life long learning truly enriches your soul.
