The fact is that there was no counter espionage in the US prior to WW2 and there was no intelligence network. The Germans and the Japanese ran circles around us. After Pearl Harbor the Brits were shocked that the US was practically blindfolded. Finally an inept network called the OSS was established but they were nothing but an amateur operation and Congress decided that J.Edgar Hoover's G-Men would be the lead intelligence network but they were not skilled in international espionage either.

Emperors have been doing false flag attacks for invasive reasons since the days of Ramses II and before.

It seems that such a tactic wouldn't be repeated practically if it wouldn't originate from the same source.

Leprachans are inhabitants from another planet. This tactic has been repeated by military leaders with the same phenotype: Ramses II, Caius Julius, Napoleon, Eichmann, George H.W. Bush.

Although I personally suspect that the Leprachans, with their fearful hooked noses, are not even present here. They simply could use genetics and quantum mechanics to 'own' Earth. Forementioned emperors would then be changed/controlled in that way while being Earthling.
