The Nazis did indeed have a left wing, led by the Strasser brothers and some others. Hitler tossed them under the bus when a former Kruppe executive then in charge of the Prussian state police and the Junkers made him a better offer and he then purged them from the Nazi Party. So, yes, the Nazis had a strong left wing element, just as the Reds had racist nationalist elements in their collection of cadres.
