    Judgment of right or wrong notwithstanding, is terrorism an effective tool for affecting political change?

    :eusa_think: Is terrorism an effective tool for maintaining the status quo? Now that's a horse of a different color... neither side has monopolized the weapon, but the status quo preserving conservatives of our checkered history have been better armed while deploying it.
