The Religious Directorate met with the Muftis and Vaizes (female Muftis).
A Decree came out, that Imams reserve room for the women on the 1st floor of the mosques. If need be, there should be redesign of mosques.

The Sakirin mosque (Istanbul) was the 1st mosque designed by a woman. In Berlin (Germany) is built a mosque to same concept..
But it still applies the concept of a segregated woman's balcony in the mosque (see 2nd picture).
With the new decree the women will get down to the floor of the men (see 1st picture).

Women balcony in Hacibektas mosque (Ankara).
As you see, they can not look down and see what is happening in the mosque.
Also not much light comes to these places.
