02) Gay marriage will encourage people to be gay, in the same way that hanging around tall people will make you tall..

Being tall is a behavior? Weird,

03) Legalizing gay marriage will open the door to all kinds of crazy behavior. People may even wish to marry their pets because a dog has legal standing and can sign a marriage contract..

Or maybe marry their sister/brother/mother/father

04) Straight marriage has been around a long time and hasn't changed at all; women are still property, blacks still can't marry whites, and divorce is still illegal..

But the main purpose of marriage has changed???? NOT!

05) Straight marriage will be less meaningful if gay marriage were allowed; the sanctity of Britany Spears' 55-hour just-for-fun marriage would be destroyed..

06) Straight marriages are valid because they produce children. Gay couples, infertile couples, and old people shouldn't be allowed to marry because our orphanages aren't full yet, and the world needs more children..

HUH? Homos cant produce families. Heterosexuals can. Trying to determine which heteros could have offspring would be ridiculous.

Obviously homos cant have their OWN children.

08) Gay marriage is not supported by religion. In a theocracy like ours, the values of one religion are imposed on the entire country. That's why we have only one religion in America..

We have one religion upon we base the basic structure of our legal system. You ever wonder why all govt agencies are shut down on Sunday? Why bankruptcy lasts seven years? etc, etc. Go read some of Washingtons stuff...
Oh wait, then you might actually get educated.

09) Children can never succeed without a male and a female role model at home. That's why we as a society expressly forbid single parents to raise children..

10) Gay marriage will change the foundation of society; we could never adapt to new social norms. Just like we haven't adapted to cars, the service-sector economy, or longer life spans.

Again, comparing cars to fudge packing? really now...

Americans instinctively know homosexuality is deviant behavior. The powerful homo lobby may have gotten the official group, whoever they are, of psychiatrists to no longer label it a mental disease, but people know something is seriously wrong if a guy cant get a hard on if Halle Barry is attempting to seduce him. SOMETHING somewhere along the line went wrong.

While we all know something is wrong, Americans, in their great Christian tolerance, also recognize that its not something for which we should persecute homos for, so for the most part, we dont harrass them or make their behavior illegal.

But, this one wil NEVER fly in America. We wont even have to reverse it like many of the others we are now in the process of, cuz it will never get off the ground.
