    Gas Prices Creep Up After the Spill, Despite Weak Demand

    And yalls president said BP would pay for the oil spill. And just how are we getting away from foreign oil dependency if BP is getting our oil.

    My gas costs the same as it has for weeks.

    Do you want a recovery or not?
    As I have always said a recovery means gas costs more.
    Who do you think pays for a recovery in a consumer spending driven economy?

    How much of our GDP gains have been due to the increasing price of oil and it's products?
