Gas finally dropping in NC

Really? I mean I am for 2 bucks a gallon but I dont see it happening.

2.50 I am be happy with

that's cuz it seems like it would be a GREAT price compared to the $4 bucks a gallon we were paying!!!!

but just in '98 it was 96 cents a gallon...i don't think it should more than double in price in 10 years.... i know my savings can't double in its amount in 10 years with interest...as much as i would have loved it to!!!!

i'll settle for yur 2.50 andrew, but man oh man, $2 bucks a gallon could help fight inflation that's gonna hit us big time from all the printing and handing out of our money by the fed!

gas prices were artificially high due to speculation
now that the stock market has had a major recalculation(read DROP) the options for the speculators just came back to reality
this drop in the market will actually be a good thing for the economy in the long run and we didnt need this trillion dollar package to bailout the millionaires
