It was on busy intersection causing traffic and wasn't a legal thing. They drove wrong way up roads and did donuts in the middle of the intersection while blocking cars.

This happens every year there(at least the last 3) showing supposed solidarity for MLK day. Last year they called it "bikes up, gunsdown".

It always causes problems.

Problem is they cause a lot of accidents by unsafe behaviors.

The state police shows up also...It was bad about 5 years ago, but now they don't attempt it...

Call 911 and report that a dozen bikers are carrying guns. That'll get some attention.
