He was question about a week ago regarding his internet usage, but not detained on that grounds.

He is on felony probation for fraud, specifically electronic fraud.

It is standard practice for fraud convicts to be unable to use the internet under aliases.

Um, he was jailed because he was a flight risk. He is accused of violating the terms of his probation. He was not jailed for insulting some prophet of supernatural creature. Execution is out of the question.

As for his use of the internet, it is a standard procedure for fraud convicts to have restricted internet use.

But, that was not why he was detained, he was recently detained because he was deemed a flight risk.. He still owes the state around $700,000 in restitution and is now involved in a high profile news story... Definitive flight risk, if I ever saw one..
