Gallup: 62% of Americans say stopping illegal immigration should be a top priority

You are a moron. He also kicked more the fuck out than any other president....but Fox doesn't tell you that shit, do they?

SURE he has..Did PMSnbc tell you that?

Steph, sometimes it's best to double check before posting.

The record-setting deportation of illegal immigrants under President Obama has drawn scorn from Hispanic Americans, despite recent administration efforts to temper the policy, according to a new Pew Hispanic Center study.

Since 2009, the annual average number of deportations has approached 400,000, according to the Department of Homeland Security. That’s double the annual average during President George W. Bush’s first term and 30 percent higher than the average when he left office.

ABC news? lol, pure propaganda. Ask your selves how the latino voter numbers reached such epic proportions.

Yea, it worked so well for Georgia:

Crop Losses Could Top $1B

The Georgia Agribusiness Council estimates the total loss stemming from spoiled and unpicked produce to be close to $1 billion.

And that doesn’t include other crops such as pecans and cotton that will be harvested next.

Farmers have had to leave crops in the field due to a labor shortage they say stems from the state’s new immigration crackdown. Council president Bryan Tolar even if crops get picked, there may not be enough workers to process them.

Republicans don't understand "actions and consequences" and "movement with thought". They think the first is a liberal conspiracy and the second is taking a dump.

Hmmm... what if people receiving benefits that other taxpayers pay for were tracked for costs owed, and both citizens and immigrants could work these jobs to pay back debts?

Why not have earned amnesty, where people who did not commit violations to become citizens don't owe the system, but people who did owe a proportional amount of time or money depending how many years they broke laws or the severity of any crimes committed.

What if the ACA were also used to track costs or payments out for services, vs payments in for services not used? Could we create jobs for people in need of work to manage this to work out economically instead of charging law abiding citizens for damages or debts of others that they are never held accountable for? Hmmmm... Is there a way to manage this?

I say secure the borders, warn our Mexican neighbors that if they can't control the drug cartels that we will, and boot out illegals who get arrested for anything above a non-violent misdemeanor, and figure out a path to citizenship for honest, hard working people who came here for a better life.

Yes, you are on record and not only that you lefties demonized Gov. Romney for saying so. So fuck you. obama will grant amnest to these 12 million or so because he owes them and in the next decade you'll hav 30 million more. Well, you get what you paid for the Latinos have arrived. Viva Latino.

Dear Steelplate: May I ask what authority you intend to stand on in "ordering" such compliance, in a country where the President is pushing to impose health care mandates on "honest hardworking people" forced to pay more than their share because of people who think they are entitled to free help at others' expense. How do you expect to enforce legal boundaries and Constitutional protections while violating these left and right? How?

Over the past three years, this approach has resulted in unprecedented results as ICE has conducted record levels of enforcement. With more than 396,000 removals, this trend has continued in Fiscal Year (FY) 2011.

In FY 2011, ICE removed 396,906 individuals. Ninety percent of all these removals fell into one of ICE's enforcement priorities.

Immigrants are not criminals, period, for coming to America for a better life.

To think otherwise is the old way of thinking that has been discredited.

Stop looking backward, folks, look forward.

The president isn’t ‘imposing’ anything on anyone, since the ACA complies with the Constitution.

Otherwise, your post is gibberish.

Gallup is done after their performance in the last election. Nobody cares what they say.

Gallup is a good organization, but on the election it is was wrong.

It is still a premier organization until another disaster occurs.

Gallup and Rasmussen were wrong all the way through and the Republicans here referred to them all the time as proof they were winning this thing. They're terrible.

Surprise! You'll Never Guess Who Was The Most Accurate Pollster This Election Season...

Fordham's political science department has published a list of the most and least accurate pollsters of the 2012 campaign between President Barack Obama and Republican challenger Mitt Romney.

The top and bottom of the list are equally surprising. Two left-leaning Democratic pollsters top the list: Public Policy Polling, which nailed the election prediction if Florida goes for Obama, and the Daily Kos/SEIU/PPP poll, a weekly tracking poll.

Meanwhile, near the bottom of the list is the poll that we've been tracking for a while now — Gallup. It came in 24th out of 27 polls in the rankings.

Also notable: YouGov and Reuters/Ipsos, which rank an impressive third and fourth in the list, are conducted online.

Here's the full list (polls with an asterisk were more favorable to Obama, and polls without were more favorable to Romney):

What's the matter? The Farmers didn't know how to put an advertisement in the local paper for legal workers?
