I see mere ingenuity! Colonel Gaddafi has to come up with some technology to fight back his foes. The man is being ganged upon by our world bullies, who came against the African leader who would not bow to them as if they were going against the Star Fleet Enterprise!

And I again say: Woe unto all those so-called African leaders who failed to understand that by supporting noted-world bullies and imperialists they were in fact signing a death warrant against colonel Gaddafi and Libyans!
