The movement also lacks someone with the consistency Ron Paul carried within a seat in government.
Which means that those who try to keep this movement alive will have little to no MSM resources and even less in the political arena. Rand is a fucking moron who would rather play politics than stand for principles, so there is that.

I realize it's early on in the end of this love affair, but the reality is that the movement is essentially over. But thanks for all you did and tried to do Dr. Paul. You'll receive my vote this last round regardless.

Valid, but disturbing points. The Movement could be in trouble. I have to agree. There's only one Ron Paul. Obviously, i hope you're proven wrong though.

I'm not sure about that though. I thought after 08 he would fade and it was over THEN. But he stayed on course and did his thing and the C4L made a lot of progress and got a lot of people involved and educated and look how many delegates he won this year.

It's possible to keep the movement going even without any MSM help.

There needs to be a figurehead, but we have to be willing to accept that there may never be another Ron Paul.

Playing politics isn't the worst thing in the world if it's being done for the greater good of the movement. It may be the only way to beat them.

Rand Paul will be President in 2016... He has the youth, the backing of the biggest politician though support that has not been a President in this country’s history. All Rand has to do is play along with Republicans but make the voting record legit and I doubt he can lose. Rand is very good on stage as well, much better than his Dad.

Well, at least his Son Rand will still be around. I really do respect him too. His opposition to the NDAA was vital in getting some major changes in the Legislation. But he couldn't stop it entirely. He was vastly outnumbered unfortunately. However, he'll still be around to be a big pain in the ass for the Socialists/Progressives and Neocons. And i'm grateful for that. But i hear ya, the Good Doctor's not for everyone. I can only recommend giving him more of a chance. That's all i can do. The rest is up to the individual.
